Uphill or Downhill?

Riders enjoying the race downhill.  Shot from skyride. (photo from http://flickr.com/photos/loganchiam)

Want to go for an outdoor experience? Choose downhill, uphill or better yet.. do both! You will regret if you don't try Sentosa's exhilarating ride Skyline Luge!

Get full control of a racing sled as it goes downhill in a speed that will surely make your heart race and wanting to try it over and over again with Luge! Maneuver your way through twists and turns down a 650 meter jungle trail or 680 meter dragon trail. This ride will surely make your day in Sentosa thrilling and exciting.

After racing down the hill, Step into the Skyride and enjoy the spectacular view of Singapore's Coastline. Luge and Skyride combo tickets are sold at S$12.00 and they also offer amazing discounts for couple, and family packages. If you enjoyed Luge so much like I did, you can even get 5 Luge rides for only S$29.00.

Age and height restrictions apply so please visit http://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/attractions/imbiah-lookout/sentosa-luge-skyride/ for more details.

Its more comfortable to hop on these rides in shorts or bermudas. Taking photos are not allowed while you are in the Luge, but you can ask a friend or family member to wait at the bottom of the hill to take one for you. Photos are also available just beside the ticket counter, I'm not really sure where the camera will flash exactly inside the track but it will and make sure to smile!

Make sure to bring your camera while you are in the skyride to be able to capture some of the most spectacular views in Singapore. Luge Skyline is also open after sundown where you will experience the breathtaking colors of Sentosa at night on the Skyride and a more challenging Luge ride.

  1. How likely is it for you to topple over to one side? Looks dangerous. :O
